We know your time is valuable and while we do our best to keep the timeframe for our appointment windows to a minimum, service is often unpredictable. We typically offer a 4-hour window, when we schedule your visit. As our technicians continue to move through their day, we will keep you updated on the arrival of your technician, to best meet your schedule and minimize your wait time.
The only appointment each day, with a guaranteed arrival time, is the first call of the day. All calls after this are an approximation, depending on what the technician may run into on the call before yours. We do our best to keep you updated on our schedule and accommodate your personal schedule to the best of our ability.
You will receive a call from our office when a technician has been assigned to your call, with an approximate arrival time. If you have opted into our text/email notifications, once the technician dispatches themselves to your home, you will receive a short bio on the technician that will be arriving, along with their photo, so you will be fully comfortable with who you are letting into your home.
Our installs are generally scheduled 2-3 weeks out. Depending on the time of year, this may be a bit longer or shorter. Do not let this discourage you as we always leave an option for an emergency install to get your home comfortable quickly and efficiently.
We reserve our weekends and evenings for emergency visits. Our staff is available 24/7/365 for all emergencies. If you are a member of our WAVE maintenance program, emergency visits on nights and weekends are charged a diagnostic rate of $89.95. If you are not a member of our program, the emergency visit is $199.95. Either way, we will ensure that your emergency is addressed efficiently to get your home comfortable as quickly as possible.
Our duct cleaning service is $795.00 for the first 12 vents in your home. Each additional vent, over the base 12, is charged a rate of $25.00 each. In addition to a thorough cleaning of your duct system, we will sanitize your system to leave it clean and germ-free. Dryer vent cleaning is another service that we provide to keep your appliance operating efficiently.
Our diagnostic fee is $89.95 for WAVE program members and $99.95 for non-WAVE program members. This fee includes the arrival of a trained service technician to your home and includes the first 30 minutes of arrival time. If additional time is necessary, the technician will provide a cost estimate prior to further investigation. Typically 30 minutes is enough time for our technicians to know what is wrong with your system. Once diagnosed, the technician will thoroughly explain the issue and provide a cost estimate for necessary repairs. If you approve the repairs, we will do our best to complete the work as quickly as possible, generally same day. If parts/materials need to be ordered, we will notify you as soon as we have obtained all necessary parts and schedule a revisit to get your system repaired and back up and running.
